From our family to yours
As a husband-and-wife dental team, Dr. C and Amanda (Dental Hygienist) have carefully crafted an experience that doesn't look, feel, or smell like a dental office. It’s a different kind of dental experience where patients become family and every visit feels like home.

DR. CHRISTOPHER CANTLON
Education
Before attending dental school, I earned my Bachelor Science of Nursing at the University of Western Ontario and worked as a registered nurse on a surgical thoracic unit. I went on to complete my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University in Phoenix, Arizona.
Advanced Training
I was a driven learner with advanced training in Invisalign, Invisalign First, Digital Smile Design (DSD), Lite Dentistry (Invisalign mixed with restorative), Airway Sleep and Pediatrics (ASAP) and biomimetic dentistry. I'm passionate about early orthodontic intervention and myofunctional therapy as it is an integral part of how our children sleep, breathe and function.

My wife Amanda (a dental hygienist) and I love to give back to the community and share a mission for creating a remarkably memorable patient experience driven by clinical expertise, cutting-edge technology, personalized care, and an ever-expanding menu of oral health solutions.
Family story
After high school, I volunteered in a humanitarian church mission throughout Romania and Moldova where I learned to speak Romanian fluently while teaching English classes. I also volunteered at schools, hospitals, and orphanages. I met my wife, Amanda, in college, while she was attending dental hygiene school. We are the proud parents of a son named Beckham and a daughter named Aspen. Our family enjoys the outdoors, the mountains, cross country skiing, and takes frequent visits to Canmore and Banff.
Triathlon Triumphs
Both Amanda and I are active in the triathlon community and have conquered Ironman Santa Rosa 140.6 (previously Vineman) along with many other Ironman 70.3 races. We always enjoy participating in the Ironman Calgary 70.3.

Juniper Dental is STUNNING! Wow, I have never been to a nicer dentist in my life. As I walked through the doors, I was mind blown by the level of customer service. Their receptionist was extremely helpful by setting up all my dental history and ensuring my benefits were active. Upon sitting in the dental chair, I was greeted by an amazing “comfort menu” which had everything from blankets to noise cancellation headphones. The owners Dr. Chris and Amanda are phenomenal. They put so much care into their work. The biggest thing they do here is make sure you are comfortable, and they definitely exceeded this beyond belief. I cannot wait for my next visit and will continue to do so for the next 30 years. Highly recommend!
